Actually it does not say an exact time in the Bible, although 70 – 80 years is mentioned in the Bible as probably an average “old age”:
Psalms 90:10 The days of our years are threescore years and ten; and if by reason of strength they be fourscore years, yet is their strength labour and sorrow; for it is soon cut off, and we fly away.
However, we know God does bless some with an even older age…being good stewards over what we eat and do can certainly play a part in this as does other spiritual factors… Exodus 20:12 Honour thy father and thy mother: that thy days may be long upon the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee.
Many people mistakenly use this verse to say man will not live to be more than 120 maximum…Genesis 6:3 And the LORD said, My spirit shall not always strive with man, for that he also is flesh: yet his days shall be an hundred and twenty years.
However, this was talking about how many more years God was going to patiently spare the earth at the times of Noah…even those alive at that time had 120 years to repent…and yet only Noah and his family listened!
