The Bible does not specifically tell us but my guess would be less than 1 year. God gave them a command to multiply and replenish the earth so certainly they had many children besides the ones mentioned specifically by name. However, it appears their fall happened before the birthing of any children so it probably happened before Adam and Eve conceived their first child.
