Does it somewhere in the Bible about dating or marrying a person that is not the same race as the person looking?

Answer:
Good question.

The Bible says not to be unequally yoked with an unbeliever. That means that you should not date or consider marrying someone who does not also share your love for Jesus and has asked Him to be Lord of his life like you did. The Bible does say if you are already married and one person becomes a believer then you should try to stay together in hopes that the one could lead the other to the Lord.

2 Corinthians 6:14 Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?

However, the Bible does not speak about race or color. Jesus is not concerned about the color of our skin or where we were born, He is concerned about our heart and that we have chosen to have Him live within us.
